Winter Dressage League (1 of 6) – 25.10.20
Another Update – For the first time ever we are going to have to close our entries before the closing date, apologies to anyone who has not yet managed to enter. Hopefully by November the current restrictions will have lifted to allow us to operate two arenas as we would normally.
Update – Following on from restrictions put in place on 14th October, we are hoping to still run this dressage competition in a modified and more spaced out format, all tests will be ridden in the outdoor arena, and only 1 horse will be able to warm up in each of the indoor arenas at a time, this is because currently we cannot have people from any more than one household unit in the indoor arena at a time.
We have now decided to remove Class 3 from this league, to try and consolidate things a little and allow us to run with one arena only if the indoor restrictions mentioned above continue for a period longer than the initial 4 weeks stated. If you are considering entering please send through your entry details as soon as possible as we may have to put a cap on the entry list.
It has been so long, our Summer 2020 Dressage League never happened at all, but we are now keeping everything crossed (and santitised!) that our Winter 20/21 Dressage League can happen. Dressage days will be a lot less “social” at Laurel View in the interim as we all try to keep our distance and minimise mingling, but we are really looking forward to trying to get things up and running again in a safe and compliant manner.
So here are all the tests for the first competition, looking forward to seeing all our competitors coming down the centre line once again.
