Derby League – xc or not?
Having had a wee duke at the forecast for tomorrow, added to the “liquid sunshine” over the last number of days, we have decided that the first leg of the Derby league tomorrow (15th May) will be on the sand arena, with warm up indoors.
Starting with the 60cm at 12.30pm, then moving on up through 70cm, 85cm up to 1m. So plenty of time for a Sunday lie on, or to do something else first if you are so inclined!
The cost for the Derby League on the sand will be £12 (with £2 from each entry going into the prize fund) If we make it onto the xc later in the league the entry fee will be £15.
The other dates in the league are 19th June, 3rd July, 31st July with the final on 4th September. Compete with the same rider/horse combo over the same height at 2 competitions plus the final to qualify to compete for the prize money.
