Working Equitation Training Show (3 of 3) – 10.5.26
The third chance this Spring to give Working Equitation a go in an encouraging and supportive environment. Once again running as a training show to allow everyone to get the hang of it all, to help the discipline grow.
There are three elements involved in the show, but again we are also offering the Ease of Handling and Speed Test as a 2 part competition and should you only wish to do one element that is ok too.
Bring your horse/pony (any size or breed), or just come on foot to find out what you can practice at home. Never done it before, don’t worry, everyone will help you to give Working Equitation a try.
£35 entry fee for all 3 phases; £25 for Ease of Handling & Speed Test and then £15 if you wish to do any single element, please specify when entering. Pre entry required, then pay on the day by cash or card.
Entries for 10th May should be emailed to laurelview01@btinternet.com by noon on Thursday 7th May.
Don’t forget you can have your dressage test read if you are worried about remembering it.
Speed can be at the same pace as the Ease of Handling, slow and steady less faults.
Level 1 – Walk Trot
Level 2 – Walk Trot Canter (trot changes)
Level 3 – Walk Trot Canter Laterals
Level 2 – Walk Trot Canter (trot changes)
Level 3 – Walk Trot Canter Laterals
Entry fee is £35 per Horse/Rider combination for all 3 phases
Rosettes awarded for each phase and combined placings.
Those that have competed at least once already this Spring doing all 3 phases are up for league places if they compete again on the 10th, at the same level, in the same combo. Who will come out on top?
