For those with nice new paper diaries here is your reminder to pop Dressage at Laurel View on to the Sunday 18th January 2026 and hopefully those who prefer digital already have the details uploaded.
Lots of choice, surely something to suit most riders. We aim to provide an encouraging environment for those giving dressage a go for the first time, or for those with more competitions in the saddle, perhaps Laurel View is the place to turn it up a notch and try the next level up.
Opportunities for those exploring Working Equitation to practice their dressage tests. Plus we have another qualifier or practice opportunity for the Pony Club Barrier Spring Festival. Whichever test or tests you choose, just send your entries through by noon on Thursday 15th January to be added to the running order for the first dressage competition of the year at Laurel View.
Class 1: BD Intro 4
Class 2: BD Prelim 1
Class 3: BD Prelim 2
Class 4: BD Prelim 3
Class 5: BD Nov 2
Class 6: Open: BD Nov 3; BD Elem 1; BD Med 2; BD Adv Med 1
Class 7: Open Working Equitation: – advise test level when entering.
Class 8: Qualifier/Practice for Pony Club Barrier Spring Festival – advise test when entering.
It should be noted that even if this is your first competition this winter at Laurel View, you still can qualify for the Winter Dressage League, as it is your two best scores, plus the score at the final, on the same horse/rider combo in the same class that counts.
