Jump X Challenge – 11.10.15
Well what a fun afternoon we had at Laurel View today, with the first Jump X Challenge competition. What was it all about?
Xtra fences, Xtra fun and the X fence option!
SJ jumps and WH fences and then the X fence option which was a little bit more challenging as promised. The X fence acted like a joker fence and if successfully cleared, allowed 4 faults to be deducted from the riders score or indeed a second to be slashed from the time taken for the first 12 fences. Many benefited from the -4 faults 🙂 , some took the gamble and it didn’t pay off 🙁
All in all an enjoyable afternoon and a competition that we would hope to repeat in the not too distant future.
