On Saturday the Pony Club got some practical experience in how to feed horses. The horses didn’t mind being “guinea pigs” when they were fed their apples and carrots 🙂
Thank you to all the hard working staff at Laurel View, who were so helpful and friendly on those freezing winter nights in County Antrim during our BHS Stage 1 training. They worked very hard to have the right number of horses, tacked and ready for us every Tuesday night. I must say that the facilities at Laurel View are really very good for training purposes. Both arenas are well kept. All the horses and ponies that I had the privilege to ride were well groomed, fit and healthy and with well fitting tack that was also comfortable to ride in.
